: - extremely beautiful view, - spacious room with proper terrace, - location in the old town but not in the middle of the market and esay to find, - early check in, - very nice maid (a Moroccan lady)
: - terrible bathroom (see pictures): if you are taller than 160, you can't stand properly, - black mould in the bathroom, - extremely small toilet (I am 160 cm anf 50 kg and it was not enough space for me to easily enter and close the door), - no air conditioner (in October it was very hot during the day (+28C) and really cold during the night), - very scarse breakfast (see pictures): a cup of tea, different bread and a small yogurt, - the entrance is in a kind of tunnel where in the morning I noticed a dead rat, - lots of stairs (even in the room, after entering the door you have to go up the stairs). All these aspects already show that the price for such an accomodation is too high, but I had an awful accident with the personnel. I asked at the reception if they can help me to organise a trip to see the famous Moroccan goats on the trees (I even showed the photo). They gave me the phone number of a driver who was ready to drive me there. We agreed about the price. The next day the driver arrives and takes me to an absolutely different place. When I ask "why?" and show again the pictures of what I was looking for, he starts saying that it doesn't exist anymore due to some organisation fighting against the exploitation of goats. So, he knew very well that that place is not open for tourists anymore but took me just somewhere to take my money then ("because I drove you"). When I started to argue, he began to shout and menace me, asking for money in an extrmely rude and unappropriate tone but, obviuosly, he immediately forgot all the English words he knew and just repeated "no, closed, not my problem, money". I strongly recommend at least not to ask for any additional services at this place
